Sarah J Spitzer, Esq

Sarah Spitzer is an associate attorney and focuses on bankruptcy, civil litigation, and trademark law. Admitted to both the Oregon and Utah State Bars, Sarah brings a diverse legal background and a commitment to client advocacy. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2021, where she was a recipient of the California Western School of Law Admissions Scholarship. Prior to law school, Sarah graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies.

Prior to joining our firm, Sarah gained valuable experience as a law clerk. She honed her skills in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, civil litigation, and trademark law. Her responsibilities included

drafting motions, settlement agreements, and discovery documents, as well as conducting legal research and publishing articles on various civil litigation and bankruptcy issues.

Sarah’s legal career began with valuable experience at the Los Angeles County District

Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division, where she assisted with high-profile cases and honed her skills in legal research and trial preparation.

Beyond her legal expertise, Sarah is dedicated to community service, having volunteered with

Project LEAD in Los Angeles, teaching fifth-grade students about the law. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and dirt bike riding, as well as scuba diving and cooking Italian cuisine. Sarah brings a combination of academic excellence, practical experience, and a passion for client advocacy to our team. Her diverse background in bankruptcy, civil litigation, and criminal law allows her to approach client matters with a well-rounded perspective.
